The Cutting Slab is hand crafted in Minnesota and come in three sizes: Small, Medium and Large. Each is hand crafted of ash as the main cutting surface, with a walnut border and handle as well as a maple accent.

All cutting slabs are finished on both sides and coated with food safe mineral oil.
